Purpose
The purpose of ACTIVA-TREE CHRISTIAN PRE-SCHOOL is to provide a ministry to
children in a Christian atmosphere in which the whole child can grow.
Enrollment
We are a ministry of the First United Methodist Church. Enrollment is open
to anyone regardless of race, creed, color, or disability. ACTIVA-TREE adheres
to local codes and is licensed by the State Dept. of Health. Enrollment is
limited to twenty children per day.
Program
Activa-Tree welcomes children 3, 4, and 5 years old. Children must be
toilet trained.
It is our intent to provide experiences that enhance
the child’s spiritual, physical, intellectual and social
growth in a Christian preschool setting. Our daily
schedule consists of free play, worship, songs and
stories, structured activities, crafts, snacks and
outside play. Children attending the full day
program bring a lunch with them and also have a
short rest time daily.
Pre School Hours
Our half day program operates five days a week
from 8:00-12:00 noon. Our full day program
operates five days a week from 8:00-3:30 and our
extended day program operates until 5:00. Our
early drop off program begins at 7:30 AM.
Three year olds – Tuesday and Thursday
Four and Five year olds- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Five Day Program- Monday- Friday
ACTIVA-TREE opens the Wednesday following Labor Day and closes in June. We
follow the Manchester Public School schedule.
Registration
$50.00 registration/ insurance fee is due upon registration. This fee is
non- refundable.
Tuition
Tuition is made in monthly payments due the first of each month.
